wird  Virtualisierungstechnologie, wie
etwa Windows Virtual PC eingesetzt, um
für  Windows  7 eine virtuelle Windows
XP-Umgebung bereitzustellen.

Windows     XP     Mode    stellt eine
vorinstallierte Windows XP
Professional     SP3-Umgebung (Service
Pack     3)    auf    einer virtuellen
Festplatte zur Verfügung.
Clientvirtualisierungssoftware,    wie
etwa   Windows  Virtual  PC,  ist eine
Voraussetzung  für  die Verwendung von
Windows XP Mode.
