| There seems to be some new scenerules active ?!? We were never | | contacted, asked about it or to sign anything, is this the way the scene | | works these days ? | | | | We added the word "WEB" in our rls name. All tracks are hq company | | downloads for radio stations. | | Converted into LAME 3.98.4 -V0. | | Source = http://www.radioexpress.com |
| Why an INT rls ? | | Suddenly after all those years, this kind of rlses are not accepted | | anymore. The new scene rules sucks big time. Look at our last nukes. | | Radio Express isn't a valid store anymore. It's true, Radio Express | | isn't a normal shop, it's a radio service, delivering promo's. You got | | to have a licence to have access, work for radio or be a registered | | prof. DJ. What happened to the scene lately ? The scene used to be the | | place to find all the latest promo's before they were in the stores. | | Isn't that allowed anymore ? We are now in 2011, record companies won't | | deliver promo cds anymore, it's all downloaded. And Radio Express is one | | of those places. So how can we tag this rls ? As a -PROMO_WEB- ? That | | option seems to be forgotten in the latest rules. We were never asked to | | discuss about those new scene rules, and we didn't sign them either | | (never asked). So we are left with one option, to release all our Radio | | Express and Radio Ventures stuff as an -INT-. We are not happy about | | this, makes us sad and frustrated, we used to do this for fun. But | | were's the fun lately ? | | A question we asked ourself: What about all those Promo Only CDs, | | MmsCanada, X-Mix, and so on... These are no ordinary webshops 2, same | | thing. Nuke them 2 now ? Have fun nukeboys, you are slowly killing the | | scene. Good work kids ! |
█ The new rules make me fucking LOL. What kind of
█ douchebags actually made it and approved it? First of
█ all, I do not understand why as a proof is only
█ considered taken photo of the physical medium and
█ cover or booklet together in a single image? I am
█ always working hard and seriously when making
█ releases and I spent significant amount of time
█ scanning front, back, inlay and CD pictures last
█ night. Bang! Everything was nuked! That is
█ ridiculous! Hi-res scans are not enough? That is
█ fucking joke, isn't it? Another thing that bothers me
█ is tons of questionable -WEB- releases. Proof is not
█ necessary here? WTF? Look what is clearly happening
█ nowadays - people, experienced rippers are making
█ great releases, spending their precious time on
█ scanning awesome and printable covers are getting
█ massive fuck off from the nukers. On the other hand -
█ and we all know it is happening - losers go to some
█ Russian music forum, get links to some rapidshare,
█ download stuff, retag it and release it as -WEB-. No
█ proof, no cover, no nuke. Is this fair? I don't think
█ so! Also please note that even some good groups get
█ only WAV files from their suppliers and they have no
█ access to physical medium whatsoever. Isn't Lame
█ version (v3.98.4) and encoding settings (-V0) proof
█ enough? For me (and I believe for most of the people
█ with brain) it is. Shiny retail CD encoded with Lame
█ v3.98.4 is always more appreciated then stupid 320
█ kbit encoded -WEB- with all kinds of different Lame
█ versions and no proofs. Spend more time chasing this
█ crap rather then pissing me off. I am doing it with
█ love and for the friends... and you? You are killing
█ mp3 scene, so fuck you! Next time you nuke my stuff
█ with this stupid reason, I will send you detailed
█ picture of my grandmother's asshole, fucker!
█
█ ...Yes, her ass is hairy.
