Level 4.1 begrenzt die Maximale DPB-Größe (Decoded Picture Buffer) auf 32768 Macroblocks
Bei 1440x1080 hat man 90x68 Macroblocks -> 32768 / 6120 = ~5,35 -> REF5
Aber rules sagen eindeutig:
groesser 864px --ref 4 verwendet werden
Sprich, es ist für L4.1 alles richtig, aber laut rules trotzdem Falsch -> Rules bräuchten ein Update dahingehend.
