Novica ist ein vielversprechender Student der Mathematik, doch
als geborener Romantiker auch anfaellig fuer radikale poli-
tische Ideen. Als ihn ein Professor aufhetzt und ein befreun-
deter Skinhead ihn mal mit zum Fussball nimmt, ist es um ihn
geschehen: Novica rasiert sich den Schaedel und liest Mein
Kampf. Und schlaegt einem vermeintlichen Zigeuner den Schaedel
ein. Das ruft ein Ermittlerpaerchen auf den Plan. Sie ist
Idealistin, er korrupt. Und beide haben ihre ganz eigenen
Plaene mit dem aufstrebenden Novica....
