Changelog:

- Fixed an issue where old save games would not load correctly
- Fixed an issue where old CTW save games would not show the Continue button
- Fixed an issue where the sound system could crash upon loading or unloading a mod
- Fixed an issue where choosing a script from a dropdown mod would enable the mod on the host, but not the other players in a multiplayer game
- Fixed an issue where a save game made with a dropdown mod wouldn't unload the currently-loaded dropdown mod
- Fixed an issue where built-in scenarios could not be selected in multiplayer
- Fixed an issue where repeatedly joining the global lobby resulted in "joining lobby chat" spam
- Lengthened the path length limit on modded files in multiplayer, which should fix Out of Sync errors that were occurring in some cases
- Fixed the file state.dat error message
