Fixed a crash at start up if the installation path has non-ASCII characters.
Fixed a crash if audio failed and a disc block is presented.

Fixed a crash if you build a unit from weapons factory and immediately remove a block in the middle once it comes out, making it split.
Fixed an issue causing corrupted save. Caused by missing attacking target reference, after commanding a unit with late-stage advanced blocks. When the target gets destroyed, the target lock-on is not cleared. This was causing corrupted save.
