Hallo Leute,
da ich meinen Plex-Server demnächst neu aufsetzen werde (und zudem von PGBlitz auf Cloudbox wechsle, da ersteres nicht mehr weiterentwickelt wird), habe ich mir gedacht ich werde jetzt meine komplette Bibliothek, welche ich an meine Freunde share auf X265 umstellen (kein 4K, nur 1080p). Hauptbeweggrund dafür ist, dass ich ohnehin kein transkodieren vom Bild zulasse, und wenn ich mir die Geräte so ansehe eigentlich keins mehr dabei ist, welches x265 nicht unterstützt. Somit lässt sich einfach auch Serverbandbreite sparen. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, ich habe mir in letzter Zeit viele Release angesehen, bei den neuen Veröffentlichungen gibt es eigentlich immer auch gleich einen 1080p x265 Encode von irgendjemanden, bei den älteren Katalogtiteln ist das leider schon weniger selbstverständlich. Kennt ihr einen schnellen und qualitativ auch vertretbaren Weg um zB. aus einem 1080p Remux einen x265 Encode anzufertigen? Gibt es für sowas zB. auch Batchscripts um nicht jedes File manuell durcharbeiten zu müssen, oder falls nicht was wäre ein Alternative? Da sich hier viele mit Encoding auskennen, dachte ich mir ich frage mal nach. Vorhandene Hardware wäre ein 5950X und eine 3090. Besten Dank im Voraus :)

PS: Falls ihr Argumente habt die gegen diese Idee sprechen, höre ich sie mir natürlich auch gerne an. :^^:

Also ich hab mir jetzt mal so ein batch gebastelt...

Zwei Fragen hätte ich noch, warum übernimmt er nur die Primär-Audiospur (bzw. wo liegt der Fehler in meiner Batch, hätte schon gerne DL - hier werde ich sie jetzt einfach nachträglich reinmuxen, aber sollte doch auch auf einmal möglich sein, oder?) und warum liegt die CPU-Auslastung immer zwischen 62 und 72% - würde den 16 Kerner doch lieber voll ausnutzen falls möglich da ich ohnehin nicht am PC sitze - liegt das an den Settings oder ist ffmpeg einfach nicht auf so viele Kerne/Threads optimiert?
