Ich hab mir mal den Spaß erlaubt und den x264 RSG Encode (Scene) mit dem x265 FuN Encode (P2P) verglichen.
Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass bis auf das der FuN Encode etwas heller ist und einige kleinere Details verloren gegangen sind, unterscheiden sich die Releases nicht wirklich voneinander, oder?

Bei diesem Größenunterschied bin ich eigentlich davon ausgegangen, dass sich die Releases schon sehr voneinander unterscheiden. Das sind immerhin ~80% Unterschied vom Speicherplatz.
Ist das nur bei dieser Serie so, oder kann ich in Zukunft häufiger auf die größeren Dateien verzichten? Bin ehrlich ein wenig geschockt
Ich archiviere Serien fast nur als FUN Releases, weil du sonst ewig viel Platz brauchst.
Man muss aber sagen (hab zuletzt The Wire 1080p FUN vs 720p Szene verglichen) dass die starke Komprimierung von FUN je nach Serie schon was kostet, also speziell bei zb "The Wire" nimmt sich Szene x264 720p vs FUN x265 1080p nichts (auch von der Größe her nicht), wollte auf FUN umstellen, aber nach Vergleich bin ich zum Ergebnis gekommen dass sich das nicht lohnt, FUN 1080p ist fast schlechter als 720p Szene (The Wire hat aber gut Noise, wie gesagt, es kommt auf die Serie an)
Müsste man echt immer vergleichen, FUN hat sehr gute Encodes aber auch sehr schlechte (sind ja auch mehrere Leute) Edited 2 times, last at 15 Apr. 2023 11:11 PM
