Once a talkative man with a war-torn mustache, now a silent, stoic figure in worn-out leather boots—this is the description Martin Roll hears from his comrade-in-arms, Tõnis Upp. The state of affairs, both at the box factory and at home, truly bothers him, but he does nothing about it, merely immersing himself in his stamp collection. But the bitter truth he has heard compels Martin to make a bet with Tõnis over his greatest treasure—a block of Austrian WIPA stamps. The block will remain in his collection only if he clearly states his thoughts within a day.
