ENCODE Notes
Very nice vid to begin with, cropped, resized, HAD 2 lines of korean subs,
bottom line was in the black bars so it was getting cropped
to begin with, then i cropped 46 pixel lines off the bottom, so NO korean
subs :D I did notice a yellow circle with the #15 in it appear top right from
time to time. Deinterlaced, and tweaked a lil here and there, came together real nice
