NOTES:

Well better than any other release out there at the time of writting this,but the source is pretty
poor .The video had bad ivtc and even after fixing it still have interlace issue,not as bad but
still there.Also the video looks poor as in quality wise.....Audio was pcm too and not ac3.

Readnfo is mainly so you read the above,so you know how bad the source was and that you can only
work with what you have.

Took the video,firstly made a script too fix the ivtc and to crop and resize and a heavy noise filter.
Then loaded that into vduvb ...had too use blend to remove the maining interlace issue....but
downside that causes it too look some sharpness.From there i slightly tweaked the
brightness,contrast and chroma levels.
Finally added some of the sharpness back into it.
Audio i encoded too AC3 from pcm and then remuxed......kept the original channels etc aswell.
