Most sites call this a 1991 release, but the copyright text at the end of the end credits state
1990, so that's what we've labelled as.
The video quality of the original release is fucking terrible - soft, grainy - so high-ish bitrate
for this release to keep it as close
to the PQ as the original (i.e. really, really shitty).
Didn't crop the few black pixels at either side of the image as cropping and then re-enc to 1280x720
would have messed with the aspect ratio.
The movie is no classic, but a decent time-waster.
Enjoy it for what it is... free.
Consider yourself lucky you didn't pay 11GBP for this off Amazon...
