NOTES
Used superior video from the new Paramount Pictures CEE UHD Blu-ray from 2025, in this comparison it
as Deltamac HKG, but in the end, it s same UHD. This new UHD is not low passed as the USA one and
has better grain, fine detail rention, it also has DV FEL with CM v4.0.

Demuxed with latest DGDemux and w/ merge DV function.

As said before this new UHD already has CM v4.0, however there s PMTP WEB-DL HDR10+ with exact same
grade as this UHD, so it was injected with latest hdr10plus_tool; Grade Check   HDR10+ Plot

Now for the audios, there s two types of 5.1, the original Dolby Stereo SR Digital 5.1 discrete and
a new remixed 5.1  it has less dynamic range and sounds worse for most part, but in others has
merits to be included, but since it s a remix still included as optional. For the remixed track, the
USA UDH one is slightly better than HKG, so it was the one included. Now for the original 5.1 mix,
there s some on LaserDisc, and a few selected Blu-rays.

Some are tampered with it like the Studio Canal GER Blu-ray, which changed several parts and
remixed/patched the track, others are botched like the NOR (legacy Blu-ray), in the end, only the
Dutch, the JPN and NOR (the new scene one) has the proper mix, with less cutoff than the lossy DTS
of Miramax LD (while have same DR), all of them were the same (NOR is 16-bit padded), so wen with
JPN one and synced to UHD remux.

Last but not least, since the Dolby Stereo SR was also original as the 2.0 matrixed in most
theaters, the LaserDisc track from Miramax USA was included, as it s slightly better than the DVDs,
while being the same as the CC LD (without the wrong fade outs).

All the PGS from other releases were tonemapped -and synced if required- to same % as the USA UHD
keeping a less bright tonemap for all. Likewise for srts.
